LaBlast is a partner-free fitness program based on all the ballroom dances seen on the hit show, 'Dancing with the Stars'.  Fusing fitness and dance into a positive, joyful, calorie blasting experience, LaBlast will get you into the best shape of your life while learning the true skill of dance.  No experience needed.  LaBlast was created for all ages and abilities from the absolute beginner to the trained dancer.  Join us and find out why participants call it, exercise in disguise!

LaBlast & LaStretch

(45 minute LaBlast Dance Fitness + 10 minute Stretch)

Sundays at 10 am on ZOOM

Tuesdays at 5:00 pm

New pre-recorded video workshops released weekly
