Fusing fitness and dance into a positive, joyful, calorie blasting experience, LaBlast will get you into the best shape of your life while learning the true skill of dance. No experience needed. LaBlast was created for all ages and abilities from the absolute beginner to the trained dancer. Join us and find out why participants call it, exercise in disguise!
about me
After watching season after season of 'Dancing with the Stars' (DWTS) and wishing I could learn to ballroom dance, I signed up for my first lesson and it was "love at first step!" I discovered LaBlast, a partner-free cardio dance workout based on all the dances from the hit TV show, and knew I had found the perfect blend of dance and fitness. I am fortunate to have trained with LaBlast’s creator, 3 time World Ballroom Champion and pro dancer from DWTS, Louis van Amstel, and have loved teaching ever since. I look forward to welcoming you to this accessible, fun, exhilarating workout for dance lovers of all ages and fitness levels. Come experience the joy of music and movement and find out why participants call LaBlast, exercise in disguise!
